Fees and Payment

Use of the Platform may require payment of fees. You agree to pay all applicable fees associated with your use of the Platform in accordance with the payment terms provided to you. We reserve the right to change our fees at any time, and we will provide notice of any fee changes before they take effect.

Use Restrictions

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided on an "as-is" and "as available" basis. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the Platform, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, or goodwill, resulting from (a) your use or inability to use the Platform; (b) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein; or (c) any other matter related to the Platform.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including without limitation reasonable legal and accounting fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Platform or your violation of these Terms.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause or notice, if we believe that you have violated these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and your use of the Platform are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration in B.C., unless prohibited by applicable law.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes to the Terms will be posted on this page. Your continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
